We've had a plethora of visitors in and out meeting Rhyan...it's been so much fun to have the extra friendly faces & help around the house. Rhyan is the 1st grandchild on either side and is already spoiled w/ love, attention and a ridiculous amount of adorable outfits!! Getting her dressed each day is one of my favorite times of the day. She always wakes up super happy...it brightens our day! She isn't a big fan of pulling the onesie over the face, so I try to do it as gentle & fast as possible.
Reid just started a new sales job which requires A LOT of travel :( He has to be gone for 2 weeks at a time, so Rhyan and I have been getting a lot of one on one time together. In fact, she doesn't like me to set her down ALL day...from what we have read, the first 3 months of a baby's life they still haven't figured out that they aren't attached to you anymore, so they want to be as close as possible. Supposedly this will create a more independent, confident baby in the long run. So I have committed myself to hold her as close as she wants for the first 3 months...WISH ME LUCK!!
